The Senior Centers are managed by the city and community based agencies and offer services Monday-Friday that include, but are not limited to evenings and weekends as needed.
Health Screenings: Blood pressure; cholesterol; diabetes; medication management; depression;and podiatrist.
Recreation: Games, arts & crafts, sewing, quilting, bowling, ceramics intergenerational activities, outings and trips.
Information: Senior & benefit entitlements, eligibility, health awareness, presentations, consumer & credit counseling and income tax.
Outreach: Access for the homebound and frail elderly; male participation and reaching diverse senior groups.
Nutrition: Seasonal Farmers Market distribution and daily on-site meals are available. Please contact Administrative Assistance for details at 860-757-0800.

Membership Renewal Drive
Effective Monday, May 2, 2011, all members are strongly encouraged to carry their
ID Badge and be current with their dues. At that time,
Members who do not show a current ID Badge when signing up for lunch WILL be charged the regular rate of $7.00 for lunch. Members who are not current on membership dues WILL NOT be permitted to receive member benefits.
If you are unsure whether or not you are current on your membership, please go to room 106 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10:30am-12:30 pm to verify. Watch out for flyers posted throughout NeSc for dates and times new or replacement ID badges are available. All members must update their emergency contact information as soon as possible. Thank you.
