Oil Heating Assistance

This Fund will provide renters and homeowners with a one-time emergency payment towards oil heating assistance between the months of November to April.

The applicant:

• Must currently live in an apartment or own and live in
   the Blue Hills neighborhood.

• Must have proof of applying for oil heating assistance
   through C.R.T (Community Renewal Team) and
   have proof of either exhausted there oil heating
   benefits through C.R.T or have been denied for oil
   heating assistance through C.R.T.

• Must be 62-years of age or older.

• Must submit proof of all family income (one month’s
   pay stubs, or current benefit letter) and photo ID.

• Grant amount is up to $500, which in most cases will
   be paid to the oil company of your choice with
   proof of documentation.

• Financial input from the family may be requested.

• All applications must be completed in all respects;
   incomplete applications will not be considered.
