Blue Hills Civic Association (BHCA) deals with a host of issues that concern its residents, including crime and drug trafficking, public safety, traffic calming, youth programming and education, the needs of the growing senior population, the shortage of meaningful employment, and the challenges of homeownership and home maintenance. In addition, BHCA is an information resource for residents and has published a free newspaper, The Blue Hills News, since 1989. |
