Purchase Your Home:
Homebuyer's Program Classes with Down-Payment and Closing Cost Assistance provided by HouseHartford.

After completing 8-hrs of class time over a 2-week period (Tuesdays and Thursdays), each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion which is needed to apply for HouseHartford assistance. Certificates are good for 2-years.

Participants must Register within 24hrs of the first day of class by calling 860-769-3844.
